Over the past years Operosa Academia has supported young talent through awarding individual stipends, organising masterclasses and workshops led by renowned artistic directors and through collaboration with regional singing competitions. Supporting studio productions entirely conceived by emerging creators and coordinating touring productions have allowed Operosa to reach wider audiences and provide further performance and development opportunities for young artists.
Outreach programs in cooperation with Herceg Novi and its various institutions are an important aspect of audience-building as well as capacity-building of future generations for the arts industry in Montenegro.
